Shipping Within Australia

Orders are generally sent within 24 hours of payment being received. Orders are generally delivered either by Toll DX Mail or eParcel depending on whether delivery is to a Street Address or a PO Box.

STANDARD:  $9 Flat Rate:   Parcels are generally delivered within 2-4 business days depending on the delivery address location.

EXPRESS:  $15 Flat Rate:   Parcels are generally delivered within 1-2 business days depending on delivery address location.

If you're not around for delivery:  The eParcel Delivery driver will leave your parcel in a safe place out of view from the street. If you are collecting the parcel from your PO Box, you'll have 5 business days to collect your parcel.

Its important that you make sure that you enter the correct delivery address. Parcels that are returned to us as UNDELIVERABLE or UNCLAIMED will incur a re-send fee. Parcel charges for the original despatch are not refundable.  If you have a question about a delivery please contact us at customers@activesocks.com.au (remember to include your Order No. in the Subject Field of your email).

DX Mail and eParcel do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays. While we'll do all we can to ensure your order is packed and shipped in a timely manner, Active Socks cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Although every effort is made to deliver your Order within the estimated delivery times noted above, please bear in mind that estimated delivery times may vary to Rural/Regional areas where deliveries may take a little longer than indicated. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

We don’t ship on the following Australian Public Holidays:

  • Australia Day
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Saturday
  • Easter Monday
  • ANZAC Day
  • Queen’s Birthday
  • Labour Day*
  • Melbourne Cup Day
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day
  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day

* In Australia Labour Day varies from state to state as they're individually declared by the State and Territory Governments.
   First Monday in March for WA
  Second Monday in March for VIC and TAS
  First Monday in May for NT
  First Monday in October for the ACT, NSW and SA
 

International Shipping

We ship weekly to  New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada and Europe

To find out the cost of shipping to your country before you go through the Checkout, simply select the items you'd like and click on View Cart then select your Country and click Estimate Shipping. The International Postage options will be displayed for you to consider before you complete the Checkout process.

Please note that all international parcels may be subject to additional customs or duty fees. We aren’t responsible for these fees as they are calculated by each country's customs department upon arrival at the destination.

Order Tracking

On the day your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking number and a link to the Tracking site to follow the progress of your order.
