You can safely shop with us online! We are continuing to operate but with reduced staff. We are treating the coronavirus seriously and we thought it very important to share with you what we are doing to ensure a safe online shopping experience.
We’re all facing some challenging months ahead, and right now there’s a sense of uncertainty but we’re confident that we will overcome these difficulties to arrive at a better and more positive tomorrow.
We have reviewed our internal processes to ensure they align with the current virus restrictions. We are adhering to the advice and guidelines of the Australian Government, Victorian State Government and Health Authority and the World Health Organisation.
Order Processing Practices
We are down to a skeleton-staff working on-site processing and preparing orders for shipment and we’ve put into action the following workplace practices to ensure the health and safety of our employees whilst at work:
- Regularly and thoroughly washing hands with soap and warm water.
- Staff maintaining a safe 1.5 metre distance by working at individual packing stations.
- Encouraging staff to avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
- Practising respiratory hygiene. That is, staff members, cross an arm over their nose/mouth so that they sneeze or cough into their elbow or use a tissue if they cough or sneeze.
Delivering Your Parcel
Deliveries are currently delayed by 2-3 days. Please take this into account when anticipating the arrival of your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
During the coronavirus restrictions our delivery partners, Toll DX Mail, and eParcel will not require a signature upon delivery. They will drop your parcel at your front door without contact; however, you will need to be present to accept the delivery.
Due to increased demand for particular items, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case with an item that you’ve ordered, we will contact you immediately to inform you before shipping your order. This will enable you to make changes to your order if you wish.
