Shipping within Australia

Christmas 2018

Orders are generally sent within 24 hours of payment being received. We use 2 parcels carriers for deliveries either Toll DX Mail or eParcel, depending on whether the delivery is to a Street Address or a PO Box.

Standard:   $9.00

Delivery generally takes between 2-4 business days depending on the delivery address location.

Express:   $15.50             

Delivery generally takes between 1-2 business days depending on delivery address location.

Overnight:  $25.75

Overnight Delivery is available to metropolitan areas in all Major Cities in Australia.  Order must be received by 12pm for Same Day shipping.

If you're not around for delivery:  The eParcel Delivery driver will leave your parcel in a safe place out of view from the street. If you are collecting the parcel from your PO Box, you'll have 5 business days to collect your parcel.  We recommend choosing to have your order sent to your workplace if you will not be home during the day to avoid delays in receiving your order.

Its important that you ensure that you enter the correct delivery address. Parcels that are returned to us as UNDELIVERABLE or UNCLAIMED will incur a re-send fee. Parcel charges for the original despatch are not refundable.  If you have a question about a delivery please contact us at (remember to include your Order No. in the Subject Field of your email).

DX Mail and eParcel do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays. While we'll do all we can to ensure your order is packed and shipped in a timely manner, Active Socks cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Although every effort is made to deliver your Order within the estimated delivery times noted above, please bear in mind that estimated delivery times to Rural/Regional areas may take a little longer than indicated. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Holiday Season Shipping

During the holiday season there will be some delays in receiving your order due to the following public holidays:

  • Christmas Day (25th December)
  • Boxing Day (26th December)
  • New Years Day (1st January)

Please allow an extra 3 days for your order to arrive.  We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Public Holidays

We don’t ship on the following Australian Public Holidays:

  • Australia Day
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Saturday
  • Easter Monday
  • ANZAC Day
  • Queen’s Birthday
  • Labour Day*
  • Melbourne Cup Day
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day
  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day

* Labour Day in Australia is celebrated at different time throughout the year from state to state as they're individually declared by the State and Territory Governments.
  First Monday in March for WA
  Second Monday in March for VIC and TAS
  First Monday in May for NT
  First Monday in October for the ACT, NSW and SA

International Shipping

We ship to all corners of the world – just select your country at checkout. We ship weekly to New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada and Europe.

To find out the cost of shipping to your country before you go through the Checkout, simply select the items you'd like and click on View Cart then select your Country and click Estimate Shipping. The International Postage options will be displayed for you to consider before you complete the Checkout process.

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs and duty fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. We are not responsible for these additional fees as they're calculated by each country's customs department upon arrival at the destination. Customs policies vary from country to country, so suggest that you contact your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

On the day your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking number and a link to the Tracking site to follow the progress of your order.
