Wrong colour or size?

If you've chosen a wrong colour or the wrong size we'll gladly exchange the socks - no problem.  We accept returns up to 28 days from the date of purchase. If 28 days have passed since your purchase we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

All items are inspected upon return.  Please note that only socks returned unused in their original condition and packaging will be accepted. The Refund Policy does not apply to socks which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dyed, bleached or shrunk.

If the wrong socks have been shipped

If we've made a mistake and shipped an incorrect colour or sized item - or if the socks are faulty, we will happily exchange the item and ship you the correct item free of charge.

If an item is faulty

It's highly unlikely but, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective pair, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. In accordance with your rights in relation to faulty goods, you can return faulty items within 28 days of purchase for either an exchange or refund of the purchase price of the socks. We will refund the cost of the socks returned to us, at the price you purchased them (including any postage charges).

Please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Support Team. Please provide us with as many details as possible about your order and the problem with the item.

Returns in General

This section applies to the return of all items, regardless of whether they are faulty or you change your mind or need a different size.

Once we have received and validated your returned items, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method and may take 1-2 weeks to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

You are responsible for the cost of postage for returning the goods to us. Any merchandise returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure that the parcel you return is securely packed to prevent any damage to the merchandise inside. You will assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit.

To ensure your return reaches us, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't process refunds for items that are lost or not delivered to us.

Rejected Returns

If the products returned do not meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy, they may be rejected. In these cases, the returned items will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Likewise, if items returned for exchange have been worn or are deemed to be altered or damaged by the wearer, the items will be returned and no replacement product will be issued.
