Orders are packed on the day of receipt of payment. Orders received by 12 pm AEST are usually shipped on the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped the next day. We use both StarTrack and Australia Post for delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERY $16.00 Generally arrives within 1-2 business days
FREE SHIPPING* Generally arrives within 5-7 business days
*The Free Shipping option is offered on orders of 20 pairs or more.
Please allow 2-3 hours for StarTrack to scan your parcel before it appears on their tracking system.
If you're not available for delivery, the driver will leave a collection card with instructions on where to collect your parcel.
Startrack does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. While we will do all we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, Active Socks cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You must provide the correct delivery address details to make sure the delivery process is as efficient as possible. This will help avoid any delays with shipping. Active Socks will not be responsible for orders that are misdirected as a result of customers providing incorrect or incomplete address details. Parcels that are returned to us as UNDELIVERABLE or UNCLAIMED will incur a reshipping fee. Parcel charges for the original despatch are not refundable.

Although every effort is made to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times noted above, please keep in mind that estimated delivery times may vary in Rural/Regional areas where deliveries can take a little longer than indicated. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
StarTrack does not deliver on the following Australian Public Holidays:
- Australia Day
- Good Friday
- Easter Saturday
- Easter Monday
- ANZAC Day
- Queen’s Birthday
- Labour Day (the date varies from state to state, as they're individually declared by the State/Territory governments.)
- Melbourne Cup Day
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
International Delivery
We ship weekly to New Zealand, the UK, the USA and Europe. International orders are sent at a flat rate of $25.

Please note that any import duties, taxes or customs charges are not included in our pricing and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to purchase for details on any additional costs.
