Orders are packed on the same day payment is received. If you place your order by 12 PM AEST, it will typically be shipped on the same day. Otherwise, it will be dispatched the following day. We utilise both StarTrack and Australia Post for our delivery services.

If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, the driver will leave a collection card containing instructions on how to collect your parcel.
Please note that StarTrack does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. While we strive to ensure your order is delivered promptly, Active Socks cannot be held accountable for circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or service interruptions.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide accurate address details. This will help avoid any shipping delays. Active Socks will not be responsible for misdirected orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, a re-shipping fee will apply, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frames mentioned above, please be aware that delivery times may vary in rural or regional areas, potentially taking longer than indicated. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please reach out to us.

- ANZAC Day
- Queen’s Birthday
- Labour Day (the date varies from state to state, as they're individually declared by the State/Territory governments.)
- Melbourne Cup Day
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
International Delivery
We offer weekly shipping to New Zealand, the UK, the USA, and Europe, with international orders dispatched at a flat rate of $25.
If you require further information regarding shipping to an international address, please feel free to reach out to us.
Please note that our prices do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. The recipient is responsible for these costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing to understand any potential additional costs.
